SIGNING UP AN  MOU WITH THE MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED,GURGAON

 ITI Chackai Is one of  the center of excellance institute fuctioning under the Industrial Training Institute in Automobile Cluster. An MOU for 3 years has been sighned between our institute and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd,Gurgaon on 17th july 2010 by Mrs TK Narayanikutty .Principal ,ITI, Chackai and Mr Kaushal Verma, General Manager ,  Marutu Suzuki India Ltd in the presence of Hon Minister for Employment & Labour   Mr P K Gurudasan  with the aim to improve the training to an international level and to maintain the center of excellance status

AIM OF MOU

 To form a Joint Working Committee (JWC) for advising how to provide multi-skilled workforce of world standard by:-

a. Updating course curriculum,
b. introducing new multi-skill modular courses,
c. improving physical infrastructure facilities,
d. adopting new training technology, and
e. taking such other decisions as may be deemed fit by JWC

 BENEFITS TO THE INSTITUTE

i)In-plant training for the faculty.

ii) Dissemination of good management practices to upgrade the
skills of the student.

iii) Bringing experts with hands-on experience from industry and
other field of eminence.

iv) Retraining the faculty, wherever required and assistance in
skill training of instructors in industry and industrial units of
the trainees.

v) Explore possibilities for providing practical training in
industrial units to the trainees as well as staff.

vi) Assistance in placement of trainees after completion of
training in the industry
